Guatemalan coffee is generally known for sweet and rich flavors. The secret behind this great flavor isn’t necessarily about the plants themselves, but more so the environment where they’re grown.
The higher elevation that coffee is grown, the more flavorful and robust it is. Higher altitudes add more necessities coffee plants need grow and thrive. Around 5,000 feet, more access to sunshine, predictable temperatures, and decent rainfall. All this contributes to it's taste profile.
