Frequently Asked Questions

How do I manage my subscriptions?
- If you log in to your account you will see a "Manage Subscription" to the right column of your account page.  If you have a subscription and don't have an account, all you have to do is create one using the same email.  Once created your subscription will be synced with your email account.

How long is my subscription length?
- You can choose between 1 to 4 week intervals to have your coffee delivered.  You can pause your subscription at anytime with no hassles or obligations.

Where are the dark roasts?
- We are perfecting our darker roasts and will be available shortly.  In the mean time please enjoy our light to medium roasts.  If you have never tried lighter roasts before, don't be shy.  Light to medium-dark roasts enhance the flavors of the regions by focusing more on bright, fruity and floral and chocolaty notes.

How long until my order arrives?
- We usually ship within 1-3 business days.  Most orders will arrive within 1 week in the USA.  International order can take 2-4 weeks depending on customs.

USDA Organic?
- Going through the USDA Organic process is very expensive.  All of our beans are certified organic and we have all certificates from the farms.  Until we complete the USDA process we can not use there logo.
