accidental purchase

My review is very similar to another review written by another gc purchaser. I live in Mansfield, Ohio and mistakenly purchased a gift card not associated with this Frenchie company. I reached out and there was a note that someone would get back with me and no one has reached out. Frenchie coffee is not a common coffee company so it was an honest mistake. A simple reply would’ve been respectful.

Bought this in ERROR and NO response from COMPANY!!!!

I live in Ohio and purchased this gift card in error as we have a similarly named shop in my area. I contacted the company via email and via the company website to see if my money could be refunded. I got NO RESPONSE!!! Even if the answer would have been "no", a response would have been appreciated.
