1. Overview
At Frenchie Coffee Roasters LLC, we want every customer to be delighted with their order.
Because we offer fresh coffee and ship perishable products, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness, food safety, and transparency.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for both online and in-store purchases.
2. Eligibility for Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason please notify us immediately.
To qualify for a return or refund:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation). n

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
We cannot accept returns for:

Roasted coffee, ground coffee, or any perishable product, once shipped.

Opened or partially used consumables (for health and safety reasons).

Gift cards, digital downloads, or promotional items marked “Final Sale.”
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand by the quality of every product we roast and ship.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photos of:

The damaged item(s)

The shipping box or envelope

Any visible shipping label(s)

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—depending on the situation.
Note: Shipping carriers occasionally mishandle packages. While we are not liable for external carrier damage, we will do everything we can to make it right.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection or claim approval.
If you used a gift card, the refund will be reissued as store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
You’ll receive an email once your refund has been issued.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for roasted coffee or perishable items.
If you need a different item or flavor, please place a new order once your refund is approved.
For merchandise or non-perishable items, we may accommodate exchanges depending on stock availability—email us to confirm before returning any product.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The return is due to our error or a defective product, or

We explicitly instruct otherwise in your return approval email.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt until the refund is processed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or credit card statement.

8. In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in person at our Cibolo coffee shop follow this same policy:

Refunds and returns must be initiated within 30 days.

Proof of purchase is required.

Consumables and brewed drinks are non-refundable once served.
9. Event Deposits & Mobile Coffee Cart
Deposits for events, catering, and mobile coffee-cart bookings are non-refundable.
If you cancel at least 14 days before the event date, we may apply your deposit toward a future booking at our discretion.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are not eligible for refund or credit.
10. Promotional or Seasonal Items
Items sold as part of limited promotions, gift sets, or clearance sales are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange unless defective.
